Thanks! There are 3 coats of urethane on the inside of the stand and all of the joints are sealed with silicone.

Built my sump today! The silicone work isn't pretty... but i didn't want any leaks so i was a little generous with it, overall i'm quite pleased and i think the design will work well

Here is the .220 acrylic i used for the baffles. I got it at home depot.

I picked up a plastic cutting tool as well, it was only $4.49 and it worked great!

After the first i found that the tape didnt hold well, so i tacked the remaining panels in with super glue gel, allowed it to cure, then siliconed it.

And the finished product

I just did a water test, no leaks except for a tiny dribble which goes from the bubble trap into the middle pump chamber. How could i fix this without resealing the whole panel? Should i even worry about it? Would cyanoacrylate gel work? Thanks!
 
very nice work on the stand and canopy...looks like it was done professionally! only thing i think i should point out is that the baffles on your sump are pretty close togeather and it could prove difficult to clean-up in between them
