nudi fell apart?

Yesturday i received my order from marine depot live that troy sent in out of the four things i received 2 were dead pipefish was alive sea hare was alive flame hawk was dead but was told i would receive store credit it died before i picked it up my velvet nudi was dead i i got it it appeared to be in a million peices i'm not sure what would cause this does any one else know. I heard nudi's are'nt refundable but i was wondering if this one would be because of the unusual circumstances. not only am i out two fish but even with store credit it will still cost shipping and a box charge that i have already paid once. but i guess store credit is better than nothing.

Thank you for your inquiry. I have reviewed your order and we have given you a livestock credit for the flame hawk. All of our Nudibranches that we sell are restricted species due to the fact that they are very delicate to water changes. Although they are restricted we will go ahead and give you a livestock credit for the Nudibranch as a one time Courtesy. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
