Ive gotten aiptasia from a reputable LFS. Im sure if you got it from someone on this forum it wasnt intentional. I second to lessen feeding and let the tank members pick around
 
You've got the homicidal blood lust... I get that, you want to run a scorched earth campaign. Well I mentioned this in another post a while back (not that any of you saw lol) but look up aptasia laser... you can get a laser pointer that he's enough juice to give you that death and destruction you so crave. You're already moving your fish do no worries about collateral damage. Just wear protection for your own eyes and happy hunting/burning.

Ha ha ha! That's great, and actually it does come in green... as for buying I'm not sure. I know they're out there, I think they video I was watching was only using a 2w laser? Don't quote me on that as I could be WAAAAAY off. But look it up cause it's pretty neat... just ignore the horror stories about destroyed retinas... :cool:
 
If you really want to nuke the tank, couldn't you just drain it and refill it with RO/DI and let it sit for a week or two with your pumps and powerheads running?
 
And don't forget sunglases for your fishes eyes or anyone in the room with you. HA! Get the nudis, they are great!!!

I thought about this too when I thought I might have to wash everything in my tank. Could you just turn your tank into a huge freshwater washing machine?

Its just like your typical laser pointers but much stronger. I think they are illegal to sell directly to the general public. My buddy brought one while in china. If you look at youtube you can find people making their own laser pointers that can set things on fire.
 
There's forums that sell them, I've never seen it heard anything about legality issues... might be worth looking into
