Nyos skimmer question

I was hoping someone here could answer if the size of the nyos skimmers, that are listed on their webpage is at the widest point on the skimmer or only the skimmer body. I am looking at the NYOS QUANTUM® 120, and it has a measurement of 15cm in width. But is that only the base or does that cover those small half circles that is outside the base, where the screws are put in? pretty important for me to know, as my sump is only 16cm wide, and i really want a better skimmer than my tunze 9011.

including the venturi tube the total length are around 18cm. This is the biggest base dimension

asked in another way, would the skimmer fit in 20x15.5cm room ? how is the noise?

you are in the limit. If you put in a box you will need 19,5x15cm.
