occelaris with a popped eye

We have a 15G nano with two small occelaris. Tank has been set up a year and a half. The male has a popped eye and I am not sure how to treat. We don't even add new corals as we don't have a qt tank and don't want the fish catching anything.

It has 17ish pounds of live rock and two hydor nanos. We do 25% changes each week with store bought culligan water and IO salt. Salt is kept at 1.24 and temp is 77.

My husband got a little overzealous blowing sand off the rocks two nights ago - Long story but this isn't a normal thing. I was upset when I saw what he had done. I could tell the fish were irritated and that night one of them was flashing in the sand a couple times. It took a while for the sand to clear - we put some filter floss in the AC110 that we use for extra water volume/flow.

Since it is only one eye that is swollen - I assume it is an injury. But combined with the tank disruption I worry it could be something else.

Do I feed an antibacterial food of some sort or just hope with time and happy water that it will recover?

Thanks to everyone who reads and replies.

Turn the lights off and add one tablespoon of epsom salt (magnesium salt) for every 10 gallons of tank water volume.

Works on cranky women too. Note: for women add 1 chocolate bar and 2 glasses red wine.

Thanks.

The second eye is popping out today :( The chocolate is a good idea too. Might prevent me from kicking my husband in the a%% for being such a dolt.

Also, check your water parameters. Cleaner water (if applicable) can help the healing process.
The antibacterial food can't hurt matters... if the clown is eating.

What food do you recommend. I can make a shrimp gelfood if clownfish will eat this. I have kanamycin powder and can order medigold also.

Antibiotics is one area with which I have very limited experience. It would be better to see if someone else will chime in.
