Given the info you gave in the last post, very helpful, you can run your OR fixtures between 30 and 50 white and 60 to 90 blue. You can change those numbers up or down if you don't like the color mix of the light. Just remember, your corals use the blue spectrum to do photosynthesis for food. So more blue is better.
You want between 6 and 10 hours of full light, you can go longer but it doesn't have any effect on the coral as it will only do photosynthesis for 6 to 8 hours. Your fixture doesn't do sunrise/sunset other than running just the blue for a time before and after you run full light. How long you do that is totally up to you as it has next to no effect on the coral at all. Having dawn and dusk in an aquarium is way more for the humans looking at the tank than for the inhabitants in the tank.
