oceans motions question...

is it possible to put an oceans motions 4 way on a timer via apex? Would I be able to program the outlet and have it turn the drum at intervals that i determine rather than letting the built in motor determine the frequency of the changes? I want to make my return outlet syncronize with my mp40's.

Me neither, but my best guess would be you could certainly program them on and off via the apex, but during the on cycle the OM will still be deciding what happens and during the off cycle whatever position the drum is in will just stay stuck until the next on cycle.

Yes - the motor is 120V. Turn it on and off as you wish. FWIW - if anybody wants one, I have a 4 WAY and several drums laying around.

Does the on/off supply of power affect the electronics over an extended period of time?
Like an AC pump not handling it very well.

It is just an ac gear motor that drives the drum. It will be fine to cycle on and off.
