Oceans Motions!!

Hey everyone at RC. I just want to let you all know that if you are looking for a water switcher then go with the oceans motions... I've just been talking with Paul and what a great help, customer satisfaction is #1, great people!! They can even customize special drums for your needs, great stuff!! I have had enough with 3iQ SCWD this thing needs lots of work!!

I just ordered a 4 way from paul, he does really try to help out. Ill be replacing my tunze's which I really like. Hope I'm not sorry

i would be wary. in my opinion its a really bad product. It breaks WAY to easy. I am also curious why your orignal post that had a poll on it where everyone voted it was junk is gone, and now replaced with this one.

I disagree. OM products are incredibly well built. Over engineered if anything. They have a great reputation for reliability and customer support.

You know im not really sure why its gone.... but the poll was for the 1" SCWD by 3iQ..... NOT oceans motions... The casing might be a little brittle but just dont be crazy and over tighten.. Tight is right and too tight is broke!! The function is great.. and will never jam like the SWCD...!!

I have to say that out of all the years and all the products I've owned over the years, the OM unit has been one of the best purchases and had the best customer service of any. I had a small issue with mine and Paul got up early so he could walk me through the fix at 3am his time (I was on nights). Problem was fixed in about 2 minutes and he took the time to talk with me for about 2 hours that morning. great guy and great company!

Got a used OM 4-way and still had excellent customer service from Paul in helping me design the tank (and the 4-way is still trouble free after 3+ years).

yes, I agree - they do offer good customer service at oceans motions.

My Oceans Motion has been running for a year and it works great. So far I am a huge fan. If you are going with a closed loop then this product is the way.

I just ordered 2 4-ways for our 300 L build. I have not used them, yet, but I can attest 100% to the customer support. Paul has probably spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me, and he has spent time with James at Envision Acrylics to help with the design of the closed loop. IMO, Paul knows more about flow than anyone I have ever spoken to. Paul even spent time to walk me through every plumbing piece I needed and how to best set up OM. I will fill in more when I get them hooked up.

I got a used one from hop a year 1/2 ago and its still works. I have had to clean the sand out a couple times and the magnets but it works pretty good.
