Ocellaris is sick

So I know there is a disease and treatment forum but since there is also a clown fish forum I figured I would post here.

My female b&w ocellaris is probably a goner but here it goes anyways.

About a month ago she got really bloated, eyes puffing, gasping for air. I did some searching and came to the conclusion this could have been caused my a bloated swim bladder/or/air bubble and that there is not much you can do about it. Well after about a week of this out of the blue she was unbloated and fine.

A few days ago it happened again, this time it has gotten to the point where it looks like some clear bubble is coming out of the fish's, for lack of a better word, poop hole. I figured this is worse and this is the end, well now today the fish is still doing poorly but has what honestly looks like bubble algae growing on it's top & bottom fin (dorsal & anal fin?).

I have an auto feeder that feeds pellets daily to the tank so I attributed the issue initially to the fish ingesting an air bubble while feeding on the surface. As dumb as that sounds I read it can be common, so I said oh well this is natural selection since this is the only fish it happens to.

Now I am more concerned because with the swim bladder I knew the rest of the tank was safe, if this is some sort of bacterial infection or parasite not so much. Currently my other ocellaris is fine, same with my wrasse & blenny.

Thank you!

Got pictures coming in a minute.

Two pictures, you can kind of see the bubbles, they literally look like clear bubble algae growing on the fish. I read something about this happening with fresh water gold fish when cold water is added to the tank... I did a water change yesterday but the water sat in a bucket circulating for 5 hours before putting it in which is more than I usually do.

No responses to this but felt I should update:

As of today the fish miraculously got better (again). It still has the bubbles on it but is no longer bloated and is swimming around & vigorously eating again.

The thing I did both times this bloating happened was I did a systematic dose of kent marine garlic xtreme. Both times I dosed the fish got better in 24 hrs, I have no idea if this is the reason or if it was a fluke but felt I should share. Did 1 drop per 10 g like the instructions say, I also mix the garlic into the home made fish food I make normally.

Fish still has bubbles on it but is active & feeding so hopefully it makes a full recovery, if it doesn't I will update.
