Ocellaris pair becoming "bad neighbors"?

"feed ur reef...feed it!"
My bonded pair of ocellaris clownfish (which are 2 years old) have very recently started becoming a bit more aggressive towards they're tank mates.
I just noticed some tail fin nicks on the other fish and observed the clowns "defending" their BTA home....

Could this behavior be a sign of breeding maturity or just a case of "bad neighbor"?

thanks!

In the case of clownfish, it's usually both...clownfish become bad neighbors (because they're defending their territory and their nest) once they reach sexual maturity and/or begin spawning. ;)

yes they are jerks. i dded a goniopora too close to their fogsoan and they knocked it don 2 days in a row...it was glued down....they can be real arseholes. :)
