I need a fitting for the top of my OTP-3000 pump. It looks like it is 3/4" but I have gone to lowes to try to make something work and nothing fits. If anyone has this part or knows where to get it PLEASE let me know!

I will be hooking up a BB5K this weekend to an Octo Extreme 300 along with one Sicce pump. Does anyone know if the neck extensions are still available, or are the current extensions for the super reef octo's the same size?

I have a hy3000 and it stops working every 10 minutes until I stick my finger in the suctions. Any reasons why?

I have a BB3000 ( I think this is the same as the HY3000) and I have not experienced this issue thus far.

I have to ask, have you take the pump out and checked all the parts? Is the airline clogged/blocked?

I took it apart last night and cleaned it all. Now it won't even start. This is gonna be my third pump. Can't say anything good about this

It was till I lost the receipt. But I just spoke to premium aquatics and ordered the hy-3000s. Supposed to be the 3rd gen of these pumps so I'm crossing my fingers. Next time I'm moving on the another skimmer
