octo or cuttle?

Coral Samurai
Hi all, sorry to have such a broad question, but i am considering getting one, if not both. I was wondering if yall could tell me what size tank i would need. Also which is easier to keep?? ive heard cuttles can be really really fragile, and die quite easier, are the octos easier to keep? Also, can they be housed in a tank together? or would they fight?? i was hoping to keep one if not both in my 65g when i upgrade to a larger system. I was hoping to leave some coral and a clam or 2 in the tank, would either the octo or the cuttle eat the coral/clams?? Thanks all~

They would probably try and eat eachother.
A 65 would house a Bimac. Octo for life, but for a cuttle you will need a much larger tank, if you can find one.
Octo would probably make quick work of your clams, and agressive corals would sting the octo.
You will need to over skim the tank for eiteher critter to compensate, should it ink in the tank.
www.tonmo.com is a great resource for ceph.'s

hmmm..what do the octos feed on? will they take live ghost shrimp? i can also get small blue claw crabs, any of this good food?

Octos will make quick work of most crustaceans, so im sure your crabs will be fine. Ghost shrimp will work to. What i would reccomend is going to the grocery store and buy some shrimp uncooked shrimp and feed that to your octo (cut up first of course ;) )

Good luck,
