octo species

i just got my first octo the other day and have no idea of the species. it was sold to me as a dwarf octopuss. also any suggestions on how to keep it occupied.

If it is truly a dwarf, it will probably be very short lived, and nocturnal. I have heard that you can do things such as put hermit crabs in peanut butter jars, and then screw the lid on, and they will get it open, but that may be bigger species.
