October 2009 nTOTM- Tank Entry

ENTRY RULES

1) A nano no larger than 34 gallons.

2) You may enter up to 3 pictures, one of which must be a FTS.

3)Entries will be accepted until the end of the day on September 24th.

4)The current nTOTM winner will select 5 tanks out of the ones submitted to be part of the voting stage.

5)On September 25th the voting phase will begin. The voting will continue until September 30th. On October 1st the winning tank may present his or her ntotm thread.

My tank isnt perfect, but I wanted to submit it anyway.
8 Gallon BioCube
Fish-1 Green Clown Goby
Coral- Cespitularia, Xenia, Zoas,Shrooms,GSP,Leather, Blue Anthelia, Frogspawn.
Inverts-2 Sexy Shrimp, 1 Pom Pom crab, 3 snails, 2 Hermits.

Here is my Nano

Mini Atlantico Nano Reef
31 gallons system.
About 15 gallons the display tank.
Mangrove system at its right side. In-Sump Refugium.

40W Phillips actinic Blue.
40W PL Blue (Looks like actinic too. Brazilian made)
150 Metal Halide 14000K

36W PL Mangrove
40W PL Refugium

Weipro 2013 Skimmer (Rio 12HF pump)
Mini Carbon Reactor.
Enaly Ozonizer (timer).
Jebo 9W UV Filter.
Weipro KA400 Calcium Reactor

At the left side a little phytoplankton culture (nannochloropsis) dropped continuously to the tank by peristaltic pump and timer.

Gelaqua (Brazilian) Chiller 1/4 HP
Visi Therm 300W heater

Maybe someone ask you to explain what that green piece of equipment with a label"guarana" does at the system...rsrsrs
 
Geez, some of these are looking nice. I know I dont have much of a chance here. My tank is still fairly new and used deadrock so not coverd in purple yet.

15g fuge
20g sump
250w radium in lumenmax II
ER RS 100 Skimmer

I know the title says FTS only, but to get the real feel I need to do Lights off shot and a closet shot as well.

a little messy right now. Tank and hardware are still not completed yet. But this is what ive been running for the past few months.

Kinda rough to get 3 pictures with a inwall set up. pic 1 of the tank, pic 2 showing that "yes'' its in the wall. Pic 3 "look at me I dont have to be tidy because its in a closet" mwahaha.

Fish: 1 x Cherub Dwaft Angel
Invert: 1 x pom pom crab, 3-4 snails
Coral: Mushrooms, Zoas, and Xenias, GSP, Acan, few SPS
