Hey everyone,
before I go and bug the guys at WetWeb i thought I'd try to sound you all out and find out whats going on with my octobubble. For the last couple days its been basically excreting that stringy brown mucus that I usually associate with having eaten well. The problem is that I'm not feeding it and its never seeming to extend its polyps. Water quality is about as good as I can get it and there has been no change in lighting as of late. I did have to move it around a couple of times, but I've never seen him/her react this way before. On a side note he is closer to my Frogspawn than he used to be and there is an aptasia attached to his skeleton that is going to be getting juiced soon. Any help would be appreciated. The only other thing I can think of is that its getting a huge amount of nutrition from the invertebrates. My tank is virtually teeming with bugs (on account of my not having any fish in there). Have any of y'all had this issue before?
