Octopus DNW-200 Noisy pump

I finally got a chance to setup my Octopus DNW-200 I ordered from you guys, and the pump is very noisy, and has a pretty good vibration. I use to have one of these same skimmers before they re-make it to pull more air, etc, and it ran very quiet. Is there anything I can do to try to get rid of the vibration/noise?

Sorry to hear about the problem. They should be a pretty quiet pump. I would recommend contacting the manufacture for troubleshooting at:

They might have some tips on how to correct that, or just swap it out for you. It would be covered under warranty.
