octopus garden?

Is this store still open? I am heading to Berkeley today and want to plan a fish store or two into the trip. Also, does Albany Aquarium sell saltwater livestock now?

I drive by Octopus' Garden on my way home from work every day, I have't seen it open or the shop lights on in quite a few months, so I think it's closed for good. Don't know about Albany, last time I was there it was only freshwater but that was a few years ago.

TOG is closed (closing) down from what I've heard.

Albany has a marine system but they recently had a problem. Guy plans on getting it going though and a few of us are trying to lend him support.

There's New Alameda Aquatics in Alameda. Should be somewhat on your way.

That is too bad about TOG.. the owner was an "interesting" character, but we enjoyed the couple of times we made the treck to visit his store

Yah but running NORML operations out of a fish store tends to tun off a large portion of your customer base and leave you with just the pot heads They usually don't have much money and if they do....they take for ever to pick something out

I am not 100% sure what NORML stands for, but knowing the owner and the rest of your comment/post, I can make a good guess .
