Oppressive Gov in Cuba Leads to “revolution for the people”
Fidel and Che lead movement to boot oppressive government and prior approach our government and Standard Oil to have their oil refined by Standard Oil. Standard Oil would only agree if they could own practically all rights. Which of course undermined the economic reason why Fidel wanted the oil. Supposedly to help industrialize Cuba. So he contacts communist (Russia)…they offer to help with oil refinery issue but there are catches. Leads to another story and JFK and Missle Cuban Crisis. Continued on, movement for the people now endorsed by communism becomes active and wins. Che gets captured along the way and is killed supposedly by CIA endorsed/backed operative (then) who sells hair of slain revolutionary (now). Celebrated revolutionary Che who in cooperation with Fidel led to Cuba ending up under Fidel’s boot (oppressive rule). (if it’s better now maybe the people willing to die swimming or rafting to get here might define that in categorical accuracy) Free guy here in US with bookstore buys lock of hair at auction of celebrated revolutionary who helped build the foundation of this oppressive rule and it’s almost portrayed as a wonderful thing.

IS this an odd thing or am I just asking the wrong question?

Oh if the question pops into mind, how come I have so much time lately? I twisted knee out while working at current home renovation, so bear with me until the “strained” ligaments allow me to cha cha again. Idle mind etc etc.
