You could go to www.petfinder.com or go to your local Petco which will have a kiosk up front. You can seach animal shelters in your area or somewhere close to you. You can search for specific breeds, that the only reason why i'm bringing it up. I think that is the website if not, sorry. Its something similiar.

I also recommend you check out your local Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club . They have Corgi rescue agencies listed on their website.

I understand that it is your choice to buy whatever you want and I am not a PETA extremist. If you ever get an opportunity to see these puppy mills or many of their animals first-hand you'd understand. This is also why most pet store chains such as PetSmart no longer sell puppies, but only assist with adoptions.
