So i went by and caught Sean today - the offical word is that they ARE closing. Sean and his wife are moving to FL, or NJ. He is practically giving stuff away, so if you are able to get by and catch them, they have some sweet deals right now.

I needed some Joes Juice and everyone in town is out....

Bummer. That's a big market for a decent but relatively small store. When the economy turns, hopefully someone can step in and help fill the vacuum. Or maybe Imports can expand a bit.

That's basically all Joe's Juice is, and this way it's a lot cheaper and you don't have to worry about it settling out or turning to rock in the bottle before next time.

I don't know what time they open, but they are located on 31 across from Mazer in Pelham. I would say that it is 2 or 3 miles south of the Gallaria. If you are going south on 31 it will be on the right.

I found a listing on LFS locator site for Reef Goodies in Leeds. I have never heard anyone talking about them so I was wondering if anyone on here lnew of it. I called the phone no. but got no answer.

huh...there used to be a small shop in Moody as well as argo but both are gone now. I havent heard of this either? side show basement operation?

Went to Aqu. Design today and no one was there. There was a sign saying if you needed water to call a # given on the door. I did and no answer. The other # for the store is disconected. I was hoping to pick up some large corals. I guess I will have spend the $ elsewhere.

The large pieces are overpriced still. He showed up at 2 and I walked out of there with a shipping box and a bucket of fish and frags for 117 dollars. I am building a tank back up but there is not anything there for established reefers.
Sean was very decent to me and I hate to see the AD institution go by the wayside.
The number on the sign is his cell and he said he was still willing to help people find the livegoods they need.
