NOTE: In the event of an technicality beyond our control (Sunday Funeral), The EST will move the meeting back to Jo-Mar's Petshop the night before. Please watch this thread close for any such announcements.

***If you want to be on the "Emergency Setup Team" please check in here as well. EST Will be a short list of volunteers who will help move tables, supplies etc into the Petshop starting around 5 PM the night before the meeting, you will need to stay up to date with this thread***

We need food, drinks, spare tables as well.

We need demos and ideas for demos.
We need a prize list posted ASAP.
We will need posters handed out/posted/given away etc.

Ron, can you or Roger check the paper goods to see if we have enough supplies for this swap? We are storing them at Cook's. There should be paper plates, napkins, and cups. I will pick up a box of garbage bags to keep with the rest of our supplies.

Here is an idea, lets get everyone who is going to be selling at the swap to donate a frag for a prize drawing. No rules other than it should be a really nice frag, softies must be attached. What do you think?
