Official Frag Swap Help Thread

Okay members its that time of the year again. Frag Swap time and being such we need to have volunteers to get this thing done and make it the best it has ever been. So I am going to be looking for volunteers for the following things that need to be done.

Set up 1/21/10 this will probably be starting around 5-6 that night probably need 4-5 people for this
1.) Justin Underwood
2.) Zef Lucas

Entrance sign up/name tag dispenser up so we can keep a count of how many people we have come:

Tear down. We need as many people as possible to help do this so we can get it done quickly and we can all get home. Also we need to have this as clean as we can so we can use this next year. Guys we might need more help this is all i can think of at the moment so this might need to be adjusted at some point
 
My Grandaughter Erika (A Swap Veteran) who has been to 5 swaps can take care of the sign up and name tags all day most likely as she loves to help out. LMK what you think as she will be coming with me anyway.
Lifting is a problem for me so set up i can do light stuff for as long as I'm able.

Put me down for any time slots for entrance sign up and ticket sales. Just don't want to work during the raffle call out. lol Don't anyone fight me for the big prize!!!

I think we are going to do 2 raffle call out.
went to the cincy swap this past weekend and they had the winning thicket numbers up on the screen with what the prize was. i like how they did this. they used some kind of pinpoint program. maybe someone can volunteers if they can do this. it looked alote easier then shout out numbers and waiting for someone to come up to get there prize. and the guest didnt have to wait and listen to see if there number was called.

I will be there for setup the night before. please put my name down for it (kinda obvious). I will also be part of the cleanup.

as for The Raffle, I would like to Run Point on this, and Zef, I can bring my laptop if someone has a projector I can use so we can put them up on screen. if not, I may be able to borrow our projector from work.

we will have use of the sound system btw...
 
OH, and anyone with an extra room where I can crash Friday night? I dont want to do the 2 hours home or get a hotel.
 
I'm sure there's probably somebody closer - but you're welcome to stay here Lindsey. We've got plenty of room! We are about 40 - 45 minutes from Antioch.

Sorry I didn't see your post til now. I don't mind you crashing at my place at all. Just so that you know you have to sleep on a pull out bed and listen to the fan from the hood, then crazy animals running everywhere....lol Plus screaming birds EARLY in the morning....I don't have a door put on that extra bedroom, not until I refinish that flooring within, but I have to move the tank first....
 
We need to have the list updated!!! I don't even know the times I'm working at the swap, let's not wait until the last minute then he say she say, blah blah.... Time is ticking..... :)

justin do you really think we need 4 people at the door. the frist 1.5-2 maybe so but after that i think we can get away with just 2.
and also cleanup we will need to have this done by 6:30 so they can set up for the next day event. lindsey can chim in on this.
