Oh My 240 goodness!

Ok so I came home today with a new 240g tank for myself, nice fathers day present, and Im not even a father!

Its 96 x 24 x 24 (8x2x2) Clarity Plus tank. It pretty much takes up an entire wall in my already cramped tight little home. Its going to be quite empty for several months until I can get some money to buy some LR for it. In the meantime everything that is in my 110 is going in there.

Yes filling it will be a sucky long process, as soon as gotfish brings me me RO unit.

The dog and cat DID throw down. The cat whooped ***.

Congrats on the new tank! I just got into the salt water fish/coral area just last week and the first tank I buy happens to be a 270g! It's pretty sweet though, it's a 72 x 36 x 24 from clarity plus... Anyway keep us updated on how your tank comes along as I will try to do the same.

PS. My 17 year old daughter wanted me to add that she thinks your buddy in that picture is "hot"... take it for what it's worth

How big of a sump are you getting for your tank?

Not sure yet how I am going to do the sump, still planing it out. I am going to plumb everything into the garage which is behind that wall.

And Ill be sure to tell him, he will enjoy it. haha BTW the guy in the first picture is my GF's brother as well. Which is why I asked which one. o)
