Yes Misis is not nutritious enough, Silversides are excellent but if you can't find them as I mentioned try some scallops. Please place the anemone on the rock work, they are not sand dwellers.
A meaty diet of fish, silversides are typically available, are better then just mysis. Cut the silversides into pieces approx 1/2" long.
