If I had a bigger tank I would have them. :D

Awesome pair of fish for sure! But I did notice how DD did not state what they are eating...

great looking pair and poor luck!

There are a million people who do not participate in reef central who purchase from LA though.............

I did not get this pair but did get a pair not that long ago from Kevin / Diver's Den. They were eating frozen brine within an hour of being acclimated to QT and flake within 3 days. They did an awesome job on conditioning the pair I received.

I am still wondering why I didn't buy them, good to see that at least two other pairs/groups have been sold.

Hopefully there will be more! With all the interest around these guys I may have to write a software program to buy them more quickly though!

...now if only I knew how!

lol. Some fish are gone before i can even hit refresh :-/ .I got my pair from reefhotspot and there healthy as can be but i want a pair from divers den to put in my GF tank. She is jealous of mine. Aadler you prob didnt buy them cause they sold to fast !! Nice tanglovers you have some pics?Ryan does your trio all get along with each other or do the 2 females not get along with each other?Do they all swim together or have the females each taken a spot in the tank and the male swim around to each of them? Skibum if there is more im callin dibs :P .I noticed that to bongo shrimp, i wonder if they would release them only eating live foods or they would wait until weened onto atleast frozen? Hand caught from Vanuatu just what i wanted :)

... so there have been at least two pairs of these and some singles sold recently. Anyone want to fess up?

I will help fill in one of the blanks, I own the pair that the OP of this thread mentioned. They will have been in QT 1 week on 12/3. Feeding has been challenging so far. They are gingerly taking PE mysis (and ignoring all other brands). They have been ignoring all other food which includes frozen cyclopeeze, live black worms, hikari mysis, free dried cyclopeeze, formula 1 and 2 flake, prime reef flake, and NLS pellet.

I began gut loading live brine a couple of days ago and they have been taking that better than anything else. So right now live brine and PE mysis are the menu until they understand that I have more good things for them to eat. I have not started any meds as the fish look otherwise healthy. If (more like "when", hopefully) they are both eating more aggressively and I fatten them up I'll probably put them through one round of Prazi.

I'd be curious to hear how it's going for the others who were able to purchase these fish from DD in the last week or two that they have been showing up.

Glad to hear you got the pair, Kikuchiyo!

What I find interesting is that they were collected pairs. Hopefully this will be starting a trend for more collectors...

Hello everyone, well I just saw this thread and I bought the pair that came out this week. They are both doing great and eating all types of frozen food. I try giving them pellets but they just go to it look at it drop and then go on their way. I will try posting pics during the weekend.

Thanks Chris :)

Robert, good to hear that your pair are eating well. Did you QT them or introduce them ito your tank right away? I wish mine were a little more aggressive at feeding time. I'm headed out to give them some more brine in a few minutes. Please keep the updates coming.

Well I know this is not going to fly with everyone but I placed them into my display tank. I have a very very poor record at qt'ing fish, I will update once they start eating pellets.
