My tank is finally on the upswing. NO3 is still high at ~20ppm, but things seem to be coming to life again. A few more water changes and I'll be out of the danger zone. I noticed I now have 2 (probably Keyhole) limpets, about the size of an eraser. I had one YEARS ago that I'm 99% sure died.
I also had another spawn of nano-conchs. I was hoping to have enough that were mature to give away 2 or 3 pairs, but I don't think they are big enough to catch without killing. Hopefully by Summer.
