Old 6080 and 6045

Hello

I have an old 6080 A, brown; has spent more time stored than used, working on a small project. Are the impellers still available?
The current impeller is new, rotates but might have some friction with the upper bearing? so it gets stalled. Pump is clean and impeller is the newer one-piece rather than the original multi-piece. I bought the impeller just before getting out of the hobby.

The 6045 nano pw has a rusted shaft and the worst part is it broke all the way at the bottom, where the rubber piece holds it and can't get it out; is there a suggested way of removing it to have it replaced?

Thanks in advance!

A 6080 must have the multi piece impeller and they are still available, the one piece impellers are only for the DC model pumps like the 6000 and 6100, the AC pumps need the brakes to stop a backward spin. The parts needed are 6080.120 and 6080.600.

The only way to fix the 6045 is a new motor block and I would guess this is a 2006-2007 model and the motor has since changed and is not compatible with the front housing of the old one. This pump would need to be replaced, the shafts are now titanium and the 6045 now has a mechanical flow adjustment. The shaft cannot be replaced in general, it is not an available spare part and the socket has to hold it firmly, usually extraction will damage the socket so it cannot be seated correctly.

Got it; now I'm thinking I may have switched impellers between the 6100 and the 6080; will check on that.

Thx
