OMG I think I overdosed Red slime remover HELP!

I just changed my filters in my RODI, flushed it for about an hour and checked the water again with my TDS... I got a reading of 003.

is that good enough or should I change my beads as well??

or is it justthat my TDS (2nd time i ever use it) is not properly calibrated... where can I get a solution to calibrate the TDS??

if you have red slime "cyanobacteria", using a chemical isn't going to help it's going to come straight back, you need to figure out whats fueling it's growth and remove that. chemicals are not the best way to handle things, you may see a small cycle becuase of it,
Nah. This product has thousands of successful reviews and has been used for decades now.

well first of all dont let your skimmerover flow back into your tank. drill a hole in the collection cup and run some tubing to an exteranal collection cup ( BUCKET, old mc donalds cup.,. something ) be sure to check salinty when topping off if your skimmer is removing that much water

edit. i have no experience with said product, im just adding some thoughts about what you said.
There is nothing wrong with letting your skimmer overflow into your sump, and running a drain to a bucket is a great way to drain your tank, ruin your floors, and kill all of your livestock when the skimmer goes nuts for some reason you didn't anticipate. This is some of the worst reefing advice ever.
