? on set up

I am setting up a 180 gal tank right now. I will have mostly sps and two Anemones with a deep sand bed. I will have about 1000gph through my sump. I was thinking of a wavebox and 2-6100 streams controlled by a 7095 controller. Would this be your recommendation? If so could you list what I need to order so I get everything I need to install all three on magnet holders. A friend says that the 6100's will make a wave without wave box!

The wavebox would be great. I would think carefully about the Streams, when you initially set up the tank you will have trouble with your sand staying put, after a month or two the sand will compact a be coated with bio film and not be so prone to moving. Also the Streams pose a risk to the anemones. If they move or drift they are very likely to get sucked onto the intake. The only way to minimize this risk is the Stream rocks. I think the Streams are you best option just be aware of the potential problems.

2-6080.50(magnetic holders)
1-ts24(stream kit)
2-6000.250(Rocks)
I will have everything I need? Just making sure I didn't miss anything!

You cannot use both the rocks and the magnet holders, it is either or.

I was going with 2-magnetic holders for the wave box and two rocks for the two 6100 streams.

BTW, I forgot to mention that if your tank has the plastic trim, use one magnet holder and 2 suction cups instead. The top magnet holder would have to go on the plastic trim and it looks unprofessional and awkward.
