Your statement is only half correct.I do believe ORA bred Onyx Percula to get the Picasso markings, hence all the black coloration. Your statement about Onyx being selective bred is not completely correct. Onyx can be a natural occurrence in the wild. Sustainable Aquatics shows a pair on their web site that were wild caught in the Solomon Islands.
umm.....well :hmm2: starting with the positive, you're totally right that picasso and onyx coloration naturally occurs in the wild. but most people dont get wild onyx or wild picassos, and in fact they get the ones from breeders, like rods and doni and ora and others, that selectively breed clowns for these traits. so yes, they occur naturally, and yes, they are selectively bred. so everything i said is 100% correct.
