Tiny white dots (like sprinkled sugar) on the body are indicative of parasites, usually Ich or Velvet. The thing with the eye could be a secondary bacterial infection. Is the CB in your DT or a QT? Not much you can do about this in your DT; you'd need to QT & treat all of your fish if this is a parasite. Post pics when you can.

Fish can die for many reasons.

The method of collection, holding, and transport can have a lot to do with success. A very actively feeding fish is the answer to many of this type of doubts.

After that, the major consideration is that in a closed system many pathogens can become concentrated. Disease control is a large part of this hobby, especially if you are very interested in fish.

Preventive treatment and control are necessary, such as UV against pathogenic bacteria and treatment against protozoan diseases, and macro-parasites.

Your problem may well be bacterial and protozoan.

Doesnt matter now every fish in there has died except the three chromis. All corals look great all snails and crabs are fine. Over $250 in fish in 3 days.

i had a similar problem after Sandy no fish will go over 4 days when i restart it i decide to change the sand thinking it was something in it and it works no dead fish so far

by the way i change the live with brand new fiji pink live sand back in january no dead fish and no sign of parasites at least so far

I think it's likely that your tank is now infected with Ich, or maybe even Velvet. If you plan on keeping the tank, you now have two options: 1) Continue to roll the dice on sick fish and practice "Ich management". 2) QT (and treat) the remaining 3 chromis, let your DT sit fallow for 10 weeks, and then QT each & every new fish prior to putting them into your DT.

I've done both in my lifetime. Door 1 is the quick & easy way, but you'll just keep losing fish. Door 2 is a PITA, but it's the only way to have long-term success with fish in this hobby.

I have 3 chromis and a pj left they are coming out in a few. I am going to go buy a 10 gallon i guess. How should i treat the remaining fish? What about my RBTA he is very unhappy can he get it? He will not stay put and is not eating. He has been holding on to the same piece of krill for 2 days.

Corals/inverts cannot get fish diseases. You can leave them all in the DT while you go fallow. Whatever is going on with your RBTA, it's not related to this.

Did you take any pics of the fish with the white spots before they died? It would be best to be reasonably sure of a diagnosis before recommending treatment options.

Couldnt get a good pic it is so hard to see. I got them all out they are in a 10 gallon. I am going to take the salinity to .008 The rest of the tank i am raising the ph to 8.4 and leaving the light off for 3 days. I took most of the rock out of the display unless anyone has a better idea.

Your RBTA will need light. How are your params in the DT? Your issues may be water quality related--your restless RBTA is a good indication of this.

The water quality couldnt be any better. Everything i read says the rbta will been fine for three days with no light.
