One fish ate another fish's eyeball

I have a mono fish in a fish only tank. Today while they were being fed my porcupine puffer ate his eye ball, right out of the socket. They have never fought in the past. The mono fish's eye has been cloudy for sometime, and has not looked very good. Is there anything that I should be concerned about?

No, that eye has been fine. He was eating like nothing happened. I think he might have been blind out of that eye for a while now.

I have 6 green chromis in my 125.... the one chromis had his eye ripped out about 3 weeks ago. Since then no problems have been seen. I think its just a dominance thing.

I had an emperor snapper a couple of years ago and BOTH of his eyes got eaten out. He lived for another 5-6 months. I had to hand feed him though.
