One of my clownfish died. What should I do?

I recently got a juvenile pair of clownfish from my LFS and they looked pretty healthy in his store. The third day of them being in my tank, I noticed the small male's front fin was not working, and I woke up this morning and he was dead. What should I do? Because I would really like to have a clownfish pair. Will the female pair with another male?

It will pair up with another clown (either male or female), but I would attempt to determine why the other clown died before adding another fish to the tank. Whatever killed it may still be lurking.
