One of my mushrooms randomly closed

Hello everyone,
I recently started up my bio cube 29 again, and have had a colony of red mushrooms for about a month. They've been doing very well, but today one of the larger ones randomly decided to shrivel up. Anyone know why?

How long has it been shriveled up for??

Sometimes they just randomly do it for reason and just open up a few days later like normal. Other times it's a result from tank issues, really depends on how long it's been closed.
