One Spot Foxface Aggression?

I added this baby one spot foxface to my 75 G DT (after TTM and 6 weeks QT) 3 days ago. Right away he started swimming with/after my blue dot puffer. Neither of them bite at each other or lunge at each other, just swim like this in the video all the time. Neither seem stressed and both eat well. Sometimes they bump into each other, but most of the time just swim like this. I'm concerned because the foxface gets very close sometimes with his spines up. Are they good friends or is the foxface being aggressive with the puffer? The puffer is very mild - doesn't even nip at the clowns when they steal food right out of his mouth.

My mag fox face does that with my blue throat trigger. They are both kinda shy but I think sometimes they encourage each other to come out. Yours looks to be the same.

Foxfaces are pretty peaceful. The spines are for defensive, not offensive, purposes.

Agreed. Flow seems a bit high, however.
