Yet another vote for Tampa Bay Saltwater. The diversity of life is incredible. I got mine back in August and I literally am still discovering things I haven't seen before.
There are two main downsides with going with TBS.
1) The bad hitchhikers. Along with all the good diversity are some things that are not desirable in a reef tank so you need to catch and get rid of them. Mantis shrimp and Gorilla crabs are the two main culprits.
2) Richard ships his rock in water to keep all the live stuff alive. That means you pay a little more for shipping. IMO this is more than offset by all the free goodies he sends - gorgonians, sponges, corals, flower and condy anemones, etc.
I'm very happy with what I got and the value per $$$. But for someone who wants an instant reef and is unwilling or unable to get out the bad hitchhikers, you might want to pass.
