I just got pods from them last week and that went fine. However, some of the other boards are filled with horror stories. I guess with them it's a roll of the dice. My advise would be to read around...

Ordered 160 assorted snails and a Naso Tang a few weeks ago.
The water that the Naso was in was 66 deg. but other than that no issues.
Naso is doing great now.

I ordered some fish from them about a year ago and haven't ordered from them again. They replied to my emails promptly when I placed my order, but when I tried to contact them about a DOA, they were nowhere to be found. After 3 emails and two attempts to reach them by phone, I gave up.
