Let me know when/how you want paid and such. I assume we are looking at a Tuesday delivery? Are we doing the club-standard ship to the Fed Ex in cedar bluff or is this going to your place? I want to see the horseshoe crab.

I was actually planning on having it shipped to my office in Farragut then take a long lunch immediately to go meet you guys and drop my stuff off at the home tank. We get out FedEx shipments around 10:00 a.m. every day.
I supposed we could have it sent to be held for pick-up at the hub or something. If we do that I think it would be a good idea to use the Murdoc location as they will have it ready for us @ 9 a.m.
I'm also excited to see him. I read that they like to knock stuff over so he will be going in my nano FOWLR so he cant accidently tear up corals.

I think I remember you saying you live in Farragut. If that's the case then I will be at the office until 6:00 tomorrow. I could keep this weekends water change and fill something like an 18 gallon tote to house them once they arrive. I would just hate for all the livestock to sit in bags all day after being shipped like that.
I have never had live animals shipped before, just dry goods and stuff, so I am a little nervous about the whole thing.
That would also mean that I could just keep everything at the office instead of driving around to meet up with folks.

Dude, they're snails - most places ship them dry. Don't worry about mine. Just keep them in the bags, no big deal. I ship freshwater shrimp all the time via priority mail and never have problems.
I'm moving to E.Knox this weekend, but will be around early next week cleaning the old place and such.

Hmm, I had completely forgotten about when I ordered a bunch of Epicfish's Cherry shrimp on PT.net a long time ago. Not a single DOA, so I guess I shouldn't be too worried about it.

Just about everyone and their mother has ordered cherries from epic (not me though).
They, and cockroaches, will survive the impending apocalypse.
Some of the stuff you ordered (marine shrimp, fish, etc.) are more sensitive tho, so don't dilly-dally.

Add 4 turbos for me. Based on Joel's post, they're BOGO which would make it 4 for $1.98.
Also, you know where I live, so if it works out where you need to drop some off here for others to pick up later, or want me to pick up more than my stuff and let them come here to get it (I'm thinking about you being on lunch break), let me know.

Steve, I have you down for 20 x Nassarius snails @ $11.80.
The order goes in tomorrow night so they should ship out Monday via FedEx Overnight (std or priority). If everyone wants to meet up @ a FedEx location we could do that or if you guys want me to meet up with you individually that's cool, too. With only 4 people in on the order we can be pretty flexible, just let me know what you guys think.
I'm not really concerned one way or the other about how you guys want to pay, just whatever is easiest for you guys.
If anyone else is interested in some really good BOGO prices they are currently offering 4 kinds of hermits, 4 kinds of snails, emerald crabs, and some other things. Anyone is welcome to join us.

Order confirmation email reads that the order will SHIP on Tuesday and will be RECEIVED on Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday - Sunday are all shipped on Tuesday it seems.
We can all meet up on WEDNESDAY if you guys can make the time for it, otherwise I can keep everything in a temp tank(s) till we get a chance.
Oh and Steve, I ordered myself a Duncan as well after looking at their sample pics so if there is a significant difference between them I'll let you take your pick first.
Picked up a couple Zoas and another LTA as well, couldn't help myself.

I can meet up about anytime, since I'm not back to work yet....so just let me know what works for you. About the only times I can't do it are times that I'm taking my daughter to school or picking her up.

The order arrived and everything looks good. The Blue Legs are tiny, but look great, the Margarita snails are the same way.
They sent extras of everything that was ordered, which I divied up between those who ordered said animals.
The Duncans did not ship due to not meeting the health approval (QA/QC). If I don't hear anything in the next week or so I will give them a call or something.

You aren't kidding about everything being tiny! I'm used to getting Margarita snails the size of a 50-cent piece and ceriths over an inch long. I bet that's why they are doing them BOGO. Still a pretty good deal though.
