Online purchases FYI

I normally do not respond when I get what I ordered, I expect it.
It is only when I am disappointed or I am very impressed by someone going above and beyond that I provide feedback.

I have only had negative issues with 4 online vendors over the past several years - OceansMotions, Live Aquaria, Digital Aquatics and The Reef Stop.

OceansMotions - immediately made it right.
Live Aquaria - immediately made it right.
Digital Aquatics - eventually made it right.
The Reef Stop - let me down.

The Reef Stop responded to my emails a couple of times, had me contacting the Mfg., did not respond to my last email - I guess pretty much hoped that I would go away.

On 7/28 they told me (copy/paste) - "We will get this worked out for you one way or another."

Anyway............... it was only $55, I am not going to pursue it anymore, nor will I ever order from them again.

I suggest you find another supplier as well if you are considering them.
 
You should also post this on the Vendor Forum to alert other people about the problem with " The Reef Stop"
