Got a decent shot of my paly with its mouth open and extended. There was a cyclopeeze in its mouth but hard to see in this Wish I had a better camera for macros.pic.

Enjoy!

I am not sure what they are called. I have been trying to get an ID in the zoanthid forum but noone has chimed in as of yet.

I did check that site but did not finds anything close to these. These are about the size of a quarter (main body) half dollar with the fingers. I have seen green buttons with brown fingers but these are green buttons with green fingers.

I have plenty of those and they grow fast. However, they don't necessarily frag well. I've had moderate luck fragging because they put off ALOT of slime when you mess with them and nearly self destruct even with great care fragging. Name? Everyone around middle tennessee calls them green/brown palys (depending on the light you're viewing them with ). Obviously not too fancy of a name... probably due to their commonality... still though they are pretty with the right lighting.

Marvin... in your avatar... what are those? They are actually similar to the ones in the post, but I've not see that color unless its a doctored photo.

The two in my pick were fragged at my LFS. They have had moderate success fragging them. Green/brown palys...I have seen many brown and many green heads with brown fingers but very few with both green heads and fingers.
