Options for In Wall Tank In a Closet?

So this is my first post on here since about 2002 when I last had a tank. I've decided to start up again, and looking at the best location in my house, I'm thinking I could place a tank in my spare room closet (with a hardwired vent) and cut out the wall so it would be visible from the master bedroom.

The dimensions of the closet are 57" wide by 27" deep so I'm deciding between a 90 gallon 48x18x25 or 120 gallon 48x24x24. The general consensus on here seems to be that bigger is better, but considering the limitations of my closet space would I be better off going with the 90 and having a bit more room in the closet? Or should I go bigger with the assumption I should maximize the space available?

I would go with the 120, 24" front to back is so much better for your aquascape, particularly if you are keeping corals. With only 18" tanks often look like a wall of rock, it's difficult to get a feeling or depth.

Thanks for the reply, yeah now that I'm thinking about it I'd really like to get a school of anthias and i'd think a 120 would give them more room to swim.
