ORA Bird of Paradise Flow

I just go this bird of paradise coral yesterday. I know they are suppose to be in med to high flow, but is this to much?

Try and gauge your maximum polyp extension under lower flow, you will want to raise your flow pretty high, but not so high that you begin to loose polyp extension.

I disagree, with BOP I think you want enough flow to lose some polyp extension so you can actually see the nice green base. BOPs have too much polyp extension as it is IMO, fully extended they look like fuzzy purple blobs.
