Ora corals - who has them

lanshark

It's Landshark, aka SNL
Show me the ... corals...

Anybody currently have ORA;

Acro blue Roscoe
Acro Miami Orchid
Tri-Color Valida
Acro Bellina

Would like to hear your experience with these Corals.

Thanks!

Although I do not have any of the corals mentioned, I do have the ORA Hawkins Enchinata.

ORA is top notch, they have been around longer than I can remember.

You guys are funny ... I'm thinking of picking one or two up. Bought a few online for first time and the Bellina bag leaked during shipment. Box was wet when arrived. When I opened to acclimate, water was colored, downhill from there. Merchant was great and gave the credit. Just want to be sure if I try again that ORA is normally healthy coral. thx!

ORA corals are aquacultured for years before they are released to the public. They have a reputation for hardiness. YOu should have no problems

Hmmm, I guess I don't have a pic of it. I'm sure I do somewhere, but can't find it. I'll have to remedy that soon.

I have red planet / german blue polyp / joe the coral / hawkins.

Hakins got to me half dead from liveaquaria. The past 2weeks it seems to have stabled out and is still alive.

Red planets are one of my favorite. Very fast growers in my tank.

My german blue polyp RTN'd and is currently trying to survive, i think i got atleast a frag from it.

Joe the coral is different, interesting growth.

All and all, they seem to keep there color quite well and are pretty easy to keep. IMO
