ORA Percula Or Ocellaris?

I am seriously stumped on this one.
I purchased it thinking it was an Ocellaris, but now that it has settled in im really starting to wonder.
The eye and light color leads me to believe it is a Percula.
But everything else leads me to believe its an Ocellaris.

From that distinct of a difference between the orange and the black in the eye, I'd say percula also.
