ORA Rose Milli turning green

Has anyone experienced this before? It has slowly started turning green in the past month (since I've had it). I've read that it may be the PO4 but my salifert readings are between 0 and 0.03. I do 10% water changes with reef crystals every 7-14 days. I have it 3/4 of the way up under 250w 20K radiums in lumen bright reflectors. All other coral is doing great (75% SPS, LPS, softies). Is this too much light?

NO3 - 0
PO4 - 0 < x < 0.03 (I am running GFO to keep it at 0 consistently)
ALK - 8.3ish
CAL - 400 (Having a hard time keeping it at 440)

I have read in other threads that stress makes it get some green... have your fragged or moved it recently?

Haven't fragged it or moved it at least 2 weeks (maybe more).

You said it has been happening for the past month. Did you do anything or any tank problems?

Turning green is usually a cause of phosphates and stress.
