Did anyone else get one yet? They're a lil late to the party with this one (and the mind trick monti) but it's a nice looking coral. At least in their pic. I picked it up today and was pretty disappointed. It's encrusted but looks almost nothing like their pics. Mine is 95% brown with just tips of nice color. I hope it colors up tho. Nothing like paying premium prices for not so premium corals.

"We acquired this specimen as a wild Australian colony from LiveAquaria.com way back in 2009 making it one of the very few ORA corals that was not originally started from captive grown fragments".

To me that is a good number of years in captivity. Wish we had ORA in the UK.

See my post above. ORA acquired this piece in 2009 and they've been growing this since then. Thats 4-5 years in captivity depending on when exactly the got the wild colony. Good enough for me.

I got mine this week and it is colored up very nicely and full polyp extension. Have it mid level in the tank. I live just across the water from ORA so I know no shipping was involved other than a 2 mile drive. Excited to see how it turns out. Have always had a great success rate with ORA frags. I just wish I could buy colonies.

Picked mine up and I have it higher in my tank. Looks to be a hearty frag that was grown out and encrusted well before sale. Its only been in tank 2 days and its starting to color up nicely. I also picked up their Mind Trick and fuzzy yellow

Thanks for the pic max, looks like a bloody good sized frag. Obviously the color is off in the pic but does it look like the ORA sale pic in real life.

It's about 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" maximum. Seeing growth on the tips already, so that's a good sign.

The base is well grown, so that is a big plus.
