Orange Angel

Last month I added an Orange Angel to my tank. It is a beautiful (and expensive) fish. The problem is that I have a lot of rock and rarely see it.

Yesterday morning, I saw it swimming in place against the current from a pump. It did this for an hour before I turned off the pump. It then layed down on the rock. I assumed that it was dieing and $90 bucks down the drain. A few hours later it was up and feeding on the rocks but then went back to the same place in the tank and layed on it's side.

This morning it was feeding as the lights came on but then back to it's "resting" place. In my research, I have read that the reason this fish is so expensive is because of the ability to catch them because they like the recesses of the reef.

Anyone here know if this behavior is normal?
