I won that frag in November of 2005 in a club raffle.I have only made one 6 head frag from this colony.I did lose some of it as well when a Yuma fell on it.I just wished this grew as fast as my lords do.BTW love your site.

They are always starting fights in my tank so I'm surprised a yuma damaged the echinata, I guess it finally met it's match!

I was surprised as well.This echinata is a bad boy as well.It has destroyed anything that has fallen on it including one of my lord colonies.

You know guys and gals, totally forgot the obvious. Try putting an over obvious, one that you know is an echinata next to the OC and see what happens!

I found out on accident when a hermit crab was playing 'peek under the acans and see what we can find' and inadvertantly pushed the two together.

I really like those molted echinatas, it's cool to see what color become dominant under any given lighting =)

I agree! Some of those wind up looking better then the solid orange
