Orange frogspawn

There's a couple orange wall euphs at the LFS that are about $129-$170. They are about 6" I think... Personally, I think it's too pricey.

They are rare. Well, rarer than the green ones for sure. Stores pay a premium for orange euphyllia (especially hammers and frogspawns). Orange frogspawns are even more of a rarity in the hobby than orange hammers (at least the good ones). I have seen really nice orange frogspawns go for over $100 per head, and some at frag swaps that catch my eye and when I ask how much it is, the guy looks at me and says "That's too expensive for you," which is kind of rude, but nevertheless. The price will go down as time goes on.

I might go back and see if they still have it. They had it kinda hidden. :D I knew it was rare, but didn't ask what the price was. This wasn't a frag... was about 4 or 5" across. Not sure if it was a branching hammer though.

Not only is it rude but, how do they know what you can or can not afford? Maybe it was because you weren't wearing a rolex?lol

Agreed.

I have seen them a couple times, best price I saw was $40 for one head. You had better be sure your tank is stable and have multiple places to put it to make sure it keeps it's orange color. Since not a lot of people have them, it's possible that they lose color easily when conditions aren't perfect.
