Orange Line Cardinal

What is the difference between the $16.99 version and the $10.99 version of the orange lined cardinal? I assume that they make for a good schooling fish, is that correct? If so, how many would you recommend for a 125g gallon tank to have a decent, noticeable sized school?

This species makes a great schooling fish. The ideal school size is between 5-10 fish in a larger aquarium. The Orange Lined Cardinal prefers caves and peaceful tank mates.
